Early Season -- $25/box, per month OR $10/river diversion, per month
Subject to all the same policies, terms, and conditions for furnishing water service to members during the regular irrigation season, May 1 to September 30, of each year. Consumer has read and understood supplier will probide early service for the acres described above. This subscription is for one season, only. THE DISTRICT DOES NOT ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR FAILURE TO MAKE DELIVERIES OR FOR DAMAGE THAT MIGHT OCCUR FROM FREEZE. The early water service will be at the sole discretion of the Supplier. The pipeline system is extremely sensitive to water hammer during the early irrigation season. Please be cautious. Consumer agrees to pre-pay all other costs, including mapping, filing, extra O & M and administrative charges that may be necessary as a result of the early season. CONSUMER ASSUMES LIABILITY FOR FREEZE DAMAGE AND SHALL HOLD HARMLESS, INDEMNIFY AND DEFEND SUPPLIER FROM ALL CLAIMS AND AWARDS ARISING FROM HIS USE OF SAID WATER SERVICE.
